How to Download the Updates
​
In light of the recent changes implemented by Microsoft and Google in April 2025, we are no longer able to distribute updates via traditional email methods. As a result, we have made these updates accessible on our website. Below is a straightforward guide to help you download the updates and understand the necessary changes that have been implemented. Please refrain from contesting these updates; we were required to adapt to these policy changes and did not make this decision lightly. You continue to receive hundreds of songs free each month, and even if you miss a month, the cost remains under 10 cents per song.

1. All updates are available for free during the month of release. In all our packages, we promise free lifetime monthly updates. This applies not only to past months or years. Due to our limited storage capacity, providing extended periods of free updates incurs costs. New updates will be released on the 20th of each month. You have one month, from the 20th to the following 20th, to download the current updates at no charge. If you miss this window, you can still download the updates, but a small fee will apply for archived updates.

2. Below, you will find a list of available months. Please place a check mark next to the month you wish to download. On the right side of the screen, next to the list, you will see the word "Download." Click on "Download" to initiate the download process to your computer.
3. If prompted to sign in, you have three options: Use your email address along with the associated password, or you can click the Google button to sign in using your Google account or your Facebook account. This is solely for security purposes; we do not manage these passwords.
4. Once the file has been downloaded, locate and open it on your computer. It will be in a single zipped format. DO NOT MOVE THIS ZIPPED FILE! Open it to find all the songs within individual zipped folders. You may then move those songs to a designated "karaoke" folder on your hard drive. Failure to do this may result in the songs not functioning properly.

5. Open the karaoke program and re-import all the songs located in the karaoke folder. This process creates a new database, informing the computer, software, and hard drive of the new song locations.

6. Close your karaoke program and restart your computer.
7. You are now finished. When you reopen your software, the new songs should appear. If they do not, it may indicate an error in one of the previous steps or a problem with your database. In such a case, uninstall the software from your computer and reinstall it to resolve the issue. If you are using the software provided with the collection, please refer to the "DIRECTIONS OF SETUP" document located on the hard drive for guidance.
