The Karaoke
This is an important part. The Karaoke. Pretty much (depending on the collection you buy), you will be getting almost every song produced on karaoke. Some songs, you won't even imagine in every decade from the late 1800's to the current hits of today! These come in total sets as they were made over the years. This is QUALITY karaoke, not computer-generated crap, or fake YouTube crap that requires an internet connection or is blasted with ads! This is genuine good sounding real instrument karaoke. These are not fake homemade versions that just sound awful.

Now, with this said, be mindful. ALL of our collections contain duplicates. Meaning more than one version of the same song. Before you turn your nose up at this, which many people do, let's explain!
​
Anyone who tells you duplicates are bad is a moron! No, we are not saying this to be mean; it's a fact. Take, for example, the song Johnny Cash - Folsom Prison Blues. Almost every karaoke creator has made this song. But, they are NOT all the same. Some versions are played in various arrangements, different base keys, and different takes on the song. To limit yourself to just 1 version of the song is foolish and just dumb. Whether you sing at home or do a karaoke show, you NEED these versions. What would happen if you had a customer want to sing a song, and they specifically gave you the version they want and like, and you don't have it other than one they don't like? Then you have someone usually walking away mad. So why limit yourself? Again, people who tell you duplicates are just not very educated about karaoke.

Now, all of our collections come with lifetime monthly updates! This means you can download all of the new songs right here from the website under lifetime updates for free.

Lifetime Update Clarity! You have lifetime monthly updates! That is exactly how it reads: lifetime monthly updates. No, you are not a lifetime member, no, you can't go back months and months and download them for free. This is how it works!

On the 20th of every month, new releases come out.
You have 30 days to download them with no additional charges.
The next month, on the 20th, when the new karaoke songs come out, the prior month gets put into the archives. If you miss them, a $25 charge to download them from the manufacturer is required. No, we cannot change this rule. For past subcribers we have sent out MASSIVE emails warning about this. Google/Microsoft changed how emails and files can be sent and we had to make this change.

Just download them every 30 days and you will never be charged.
Legality Of Use
Many people ask all the time about the legal ways of using karaoke, especially for those who want to do shows at bars, clubs, etc. Many people doing karaoke have all these tales of the "Karaoke Police" coming to get certain people. We've all heard the stories. Most of it is simply parroting what others say or trying to be on top of their competition.

All of our karaoke collections comply with the Fair Trade Doctrine. This means they are produced for legal public use. These collections do not contain original copyrighted materials. This karaoke is intended for home, private, and public use.
​
Legal action may only be taken against individuals who own establishments, such as bars or pubs, if they fail to comply with BMI and ASCAP regulations requiring a license for playing music, showing TVs, or other public performances. If you own a business and intend to use music or other media in a public setting, you can find all the necessary regulations by visiting the BMI or ASCAP websites.
